Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind about the purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order at your address.

Send an email to suporte@misterghsports.com, stating your full name and order number (*sent to your email after purchase). You will receive a refund within 30 business days from the date we received the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive the refund.

Orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient not found, and/or that are returned to the post office and the customer does not pick them up in a timely manner will only be refunded 50% of the total order value (excluding express shipping), or the customer will have the right to pay half the order value and receive it again.

It is important to note that the refund amount does not include shipping costs, only the actual product price.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

According to Brazilian law, in the case of items with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date you receive the order at your address.

Send an email to suporte@misterghsports.com, stating your full name, order number, and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will analyze your case within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive the refund.

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS:

In accordance with Consumer Law, the costs of returning products due to buyer's remorse or items with manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process.

You will receive a return authorization code via email after your return request and you must mail the merchandise at a post office. We do not cover packaging costs, so we suggest you use the same packaging in which you received your purchase (if it is not damaged) or a suitable box that will protect the items during transport.

HOW IS THE REFUND PROCESSED VIA CREDIT CARD (*CARD OPERATOR POLICIES)

How many days does it take for a credit card refund to be processed?

A: If the refund is issued as a credit, it will be available on the same bill, if it is still open, or on the next one, if the current one has already been closed. Therefore, credit card refunds can take up to 45 business days.

How does a refund work for a purchase made in installments?

A: If the purchase is made in installments, the purchase amount is returned to your bill as a credit, paying that month's installment. If you have already paid your bill, the refund is processed the following month, eliminating the expense.

How do I know if my purchase was refunded?

A: To find out if your purchase has already been refunded, it's important to pay attention to the information on your statement. The easiest way to find out is to look for any credit generated in the name of the establishment where the purchase was made.
