Tracking codes take 3 to 7 business days to be forwarded from our logistics department to you, the customer.

We are not responsible if the product cannot be delivered to the recipient due to the delivery address being incorrectly filled out on our website at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the postal service's efficiency, but it usually takes between 5 and 20 days on average. The final delivery deadline is up to 30 business days. After the stipulated deadline, we recommend that you contact the postal service to clarify the reason for the delay. If the postal service does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can investigate. If we confirm that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase immediately after these verification steps.

It is important that you provide the means for the delivery to be completed at the address registered in your order. After 3 (three) proven delivery attempts, you will have to pick up the order at a post office near your address. Storage fees are charged if the package is not picked up within 7 consecutive days. The fee amount depends on the weight/volume of the product.
