This collection was the one that got Perino a place at the highly sought course, MA Fashion at Kingston University, to which the ex director that interviewed Caroline at the time, Andrew Ibi, remarked her as being "talented and dedicated”. The collection presents us with a burst of bright colors, which convey the bold contemporary style of the designer. The Changing Cloud collection, as the name implies, changes. This means that the garments are composed by many parts, and all these parts have the possibility to be interchanged with other parts. Both looks can be mixed up as well. The theme of the collection is based on the constant changes we pass through the periods of our lives. A combination of materials was used, from neoprene, to silks and felts.
The making of the designer's own textiles was also one strong feature, such as a precise needle felting technique that was executed by Perino to make artistic collars and pockets. On top of that, she designed and made her own accessories for the collection, which include a shiny pair of earrings with Caroline’s exclusive textiles and a minimal purse with the same matching textiles. At last, the designer arises a inquiry: “we are in constant change, it all depends on the point of view, so what is it that you see?”
